Parking
The Monterey Offices have three parking lots. The main entrance lot in the front of both buildings and two rear parking lots which are private for the buildings. There is ample parking for tenants and guest. One hundred and twelve spaces are available between the three lots. There are a total of five handicapped parking spaces, three of them are Van Accessible.
