ADA Compliance
The Monterey Offices makes a good effort to comply with the ADA requirements by providing five handicapped parking spaces, located in the main front parking lot and behind Building 617 in close proximity to the elevator. From time to time, if a tenant has special needs for an additional handicapped parking space, we have added an additional handicapped parking space for the duration of their needs.
Building 617 has one each, a men's and woman's restroom, on the first floor which is ADA compliant.
The elevator located in the garden courtyard of Building 617 and services both buildings by way of a pedestrian bridge located at the rear of both buildings, running parallel to Veterans Boulevard.
