The Monterey Offices are two adjoining attractive Monterey-style wood-frame stucco office buildings, located at 611 and 617 Veterans Boulevard, on the west side of Highway 101 in Redwood City. An access ramp to Highway 101 is just one block from the property. The San Mateo County Court House and Redwood City administrative offices are less than three blocks from the property. San Francisco airport is only 15 minutes away and San Jose is approximately 30 minutes from The Montery Offices.
The buildings are situated on 1.8 acres of mature landscaped grounds featuring pines, oaks, olives, crepe myrtle, and a variety of other trees, shrubbery and flowers. Between the buildings is an inviting terraced area with a fountain, tables, chairs and benches available to all tenants.
