The Monterey Offices

The Monterey Offices are two adjoining attractive Monterey-style wood-frame stucco office buildings, located at 611 and 617 Veterans Boulevard, on the west side of Highway 101 in Redwood City. An access ramp to Highway 101 is just one block from the property. The San Mateo County Court House and Redwood City administrative offices are less than three blocks from the property. San Francisco airport is only 15 minutes away and San Jose is approximately 30 minutes from The Montery Offices.

The buildings are situated on 1.8 acres of mature landscaped grounds featuring pines, oaks, olives, crepe myrtle, and a variety of other trees, shrubbery and flowers. Between the buildings is an inviting terraced area with a fountain, tables, chairs and benches available to all tenants. The buildings are separated from Veterans Boulevard by a wide, fully landscaped frontage area running the length of the property. In 2004, The Monterey Offices was chosen as winner in the Redwood City Mayor’s Beautification Awards in the category of Best Maintained Garden Landscape – Commercial.

 The buildings were constructed in the 1960s and recently have been extensively renovated, including new roofs, exterior painting, new parking lots, completely updated restrooms with slate floors, Corian counters and new fixtures. New HVAC units have been installed in both buildings. Our most recent additions are a new elevator in building 617 and a pedestrian bridge that provides access to the second floor of building 611. Individual suites can be renovated to suit tenant requirements.

There are approximately 41 tenants in a variety of professions occupying spaces from 144 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft. We offer a full service lease with nightly janitorial service. Ample on-site parking for tenants and their visitors is available in the central parking area in front of the buildings and in additional parking areas at the rear of each building.
